• Not Legal Advice: The outputs generated by our tools do not constitute legal advice.

3. User Obligations and Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of any text or documents you upload.
• Permissions: You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service.
• Prohibited Use: You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to upload malicious code.
• Website Inputs: By providing a URL, you represent that you have the authority to request an analysis of that website or that the information being accessed is publicly available. You acknowledge that Keatsian AI acts as a tool to process public data at your direction.

4. Intellectual Property

The design, code, and branding of Keatsian AI are the exclusive property of Keatsian AI (ABN 84 575 562 496). You may not scrape, decompile, or attempt to reverse-engineer our tools.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law):

• Keatsian AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on AI-generated outputs.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the Service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Brisbane.
